Here are the steps you’ll need to take to be fully enrolled into the program:
- Pay the $500 deposit by January 1, 2018.
- Sign your Student Contract by January 1, 2018. The contract was sent to you by email via Docusign. See a copy of the Student Contract.
- Pay the program tuition by February 1, 2018. You may either sign up for 28 monthly payments (which will begin February 1), or make the first of two annual payments (the second payment will due February 1, 2019). Please select one of these payment options below. If you have been awarded a scholarship, you will be given a special code to use when signing up for tuition payments.
- Book your retreat accommodations. All of the program retreats, except for the February 24 – March 4, 2020 silent retreat, will be held at 1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley, CA. On January 2, we will provide detailed instructions about how to book your rooms at 1440. The rate for each room type will be set for our group, and will not change during the course of the program.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

PROGRAM FEES
PROGRAM TUITION: $4,600 PER YEAR. This fee includes all program activities and recordings. Travel, food and lodging are additional cost. A non-refundable deposit of $500 must be paid by January 1, 2018 to reserve your space in the program.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: You may either sign up to make 28 monthly payments (which will begin February 1, 2018), or two annual payments. The first year’s payment of $4,100 is due by February 1, 2018 and the second payment of $4,600 is due by February 1, 2019.

All of the program retreats, except for the February 24 – March 4, 2020 retreat, will be held at 1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley, CA.
You must book your accommodations directly with 1440 Multiversity, using the Group Numbers provided. The rates for each room type will remain fixed for all TWT retreats at 1440 through the duration of the program. There are a limited number of each room type available. We recommend booking as early as possible for best availability. We would like to suggest you reserve the higher cost rooms if you can afford them and leave the less expensive for those who need them.
