Inner Science LLC is seeking an experienced marketing coordinator with strong technical, organizational, and communications skills to assist with its marketing programs for online courses and events for spiritual teacher Thomas Hübl.

This position works closely with the Lead Online Course Producer and the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain marketing campaign calendar and deliverables list and assist Marketing Director with pre-planning and execution of campaigns, keeping all projects on track
• Provide campaign support to program managers
• Prep, load, test, and deliver email marketing campaigns
• Work with the production team on quality assurance including proofreading, link-checking, and testing functionality of web pages including registration pages, access pages and delivery pages for all marketing events
• Responsible for tracking marketing campaign assets and ensuring that they are included in the appropriate project kits
• Attend marketing meetings; take and share notes

Required Skills:

• Experience with email marketing programs & technology (preferably using multiple platforms)
• Experience with creating and delivering email marketing campaigns
• Experience with list segmentation
• Proficiency in managing ongoing social media content on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram
• Experience with managing online advertising including Facebook and Google AdWords campaigns
• Solid writing skills especially for social media posts
• Experience with WordPress websites and/or other leading web CMS
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Great organizational skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Creating subtitles for marketing videos
• HTML (basic to intermediate)
• Experience with content management on multilingual global websites
• Experience with online collaboration tools such as: Zoom, Slack, Google Docs, Infusionsoft, Dapulse, Airtable, Survey Monkey

This is a part-time Independent Contractor position with flexible hours. You must have up-to-date home office equipment and a reliable high-speed internet connection. We prefer someone who has schedule flexibility to accommodate meetings with co-workers in Europe. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
