Thomas describes Toning as both an individual and collective experience:
A Toning creates a beautiful sound space in which from each individual’s sound a collective composition is orchestrated. This means that individuality is expressed and a larger context emerges too. The individuality begins to synchronize itself with a larger context in such a way that everyone stays within his or her own inner alignment while also making a contribution to the whole. In the space of consciousness which we are, individuality gives way to a larger shared We, while each sound remains really important. The result is that in our consciousness, internally, a much larger space is created: a conscious space of mindfulness or wakefulness.

ABOUT THOMAS HÜBL
Thomas Hübl is a modern mystic, a spiritual teacher whose work integrates the essence of the great traditions of wisdom with scientific knowledge and his own personal experience. He offers a unique approach for living as a “mystic in the marketplace,” guiding people towards a deeper level of self-awareness and personal response-ability: from an ego-centered worldview to a life of authentic expression, service, and alignment.
His teaching combines transformational processes that address trauma and shadow issues, somatic awareness practices, advanced meditative practices, and a sophisticated analysis of cultural architecture.

ABOUT MYRISSA LAI
Myrissa Lai uses her extensive European classical piano training as the foundation of her work as healer and collaborative artist. Her unique offering focuses on the intersection of healing and creativity through refined listening. Many years of yoga, various healing modalities, and movement allow her to attune to the body as instrument, listening to the unique frequencies expressed throughout the systems as an orchestra, with its own intelligent music. She also listens to the tone quality in groups and sources her gestural response from collective presence.
Active as performer, collaborative artist, teacher in Europe and in her native California, Myrissa has produced and appeared in toning concerts with Thomas Huebl, founder of the Academy of Inner Science (DE) at the Chabot Planetarium (USA), as well as at the Celebrate Life Festival (DE) Additionally, she has concertized throughout the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Estonia, and France.
