Zip file download links have been organized into several sections below, with both English and German versions available. The first section is titled All Sessions: Audio and Resource Downloads (excludes video files), and allows you to download the following media at once for all sessions:

The second section below is titled Individual Sessions: Video + Audio and Resource Downloads and includes individual links for each course session. This is where you can find download links to each of the course videos, as a separate file.
If you have not downloaded any course media up until this point, the fastest way to download all course media is to first download materials using one of the links in the All Sessions: Audio and Resource Downloads section. You can then download the videos one at a time in the Individual Sessions: Video + Audio and Resource Downloads section.
If you did download some media from sessions while the course was in progress, it might be most convenient for you to go directly to the Individual Sessions: Video + Audio and Resource Downloads section and only download materials you do not yet have.
We have also included Guest Speakers & Core Principles links in the third section titled Other Course Materials.
Once you’ve downloaded the ZIP file you must extract the file before you can access the contents.

- Find the compressed file you’ve downloaded onto your computer and right-click on the folder to bring up the folder menu.
- Choose “Extract All” to extract the ZIP file.
- A window will appear confirming your extracting process. Click “Extract.”
- Extracting the contents may take a little while. Once complete, the materials will appear in the same folder as your original ZIP file (i.e. if your ZIP file is on your desktop, then your materials will also appear there).
- Some users may see an extra folder “_MACOSX” that you can move to the trash.
- Find the ZIP file you’ve downloaded onto your computer and double click on the file.
- Extracting the contents may take a little while. Once complete, the materials will appear in the same folder as your original ZIP file (i.e. if your ZIP file is on your desktop, then your materials will appear there).
